What a busy March! :)
We are all SO grateful to God for KatyLynn's progress after corrective surgery to one hip and ankle.
Now, she gets out of the cast shortly...please continue to pray for KatyLynn, Katy (her mom) and the whole family as they love on sweet KatyLynn who is such a blessing in their lives!
Our Friend Peggy is back from another trip to China. Please take a moment and read from her blog about this last trip...what encouragement it is to hear about what God is doing there!
Peggy has shared stories about so much of their trip and some about the KnitWit prayer shawls they have given over there.
It is a real reminder of just what our KnitWit ministry is all about ~ prayer and intercession! She says that every woman who receives these gifts is appreciative that someone waaaaay over here has made a gift for them, but more importantly they are overwhelmed to have been prayed for by someone who doesn't even 'know' them!
What an honor we have to bring people before our Father, and some before they even know Him! And then on April 1st, we participated in the McAllen ArtWalk again! It was a busy night, with a pretty steady crowd going through Jac-Lins Flower/Art Gallery.
We set up with a few shawls and hats...and also had a power point running so people could see some of what KWs is blessed to do.
Barbara knitted and shared ALL about KnitWits to everyone that stopped by!
It was a real treat to be able to share stories of what God is doing around the world! We shared with many about Pastor Mike & Rosy and for the plane that is still in Mexico, but they are home safe and sound! Please continue to pray for them and to let others know, so we might be of help to them.We are still receiving gifts of yarn to keep us busy, thank you Lord...as we've had a few new people join in on Thursdays and God continues to show us new needs to serve! So grateful for so many who make themselves available to knit and to pray for so many around the world... For the LORD your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete. Deuteronomy 16:15
